Group1 7주차 훈련일지

저는 개인적인 일로 참석을 하지 못했네요. 인터벌훈련을 하는 날만 계속 빠지게 됩니다. 따로 연습해봐야겠어요. ㅠㅠ

Hi folks

For this Tuesday our workout will be 3 x 1 mile (400 recovery) on the Track,

 

Warm up 2 miles around school  and 800 M on track (strides on track)

 

Work out 3 x 1 mile at 5K pace (so for most of us will be under 7:30 pace…Think your pace for the 800’s (x 2 and add 5-10 secs).

 

In between the mile repeats we will jog 400 really easy,

 

Cool down  Two miles off track
