Hi Group 1

Great job on keeping up with mileage this past week. For this Tuesday we will work on our second type of tempo run which will be faster than last week’s.

 

Warm up 2 miles (long way to Lake K)

Tempo 3 miles at 1/2 marathon pace ( 2 loops around Lake K)

Cool down 2 miles.
