Group1 11주차 훈련

Hi folks


Sorry for getting this out so late! Busy day! For this Tuesday our workout will be 4 x 1 mile (400 recovery) on the Track,



Warm up 2 miles around school  and 800 M on track (strides on track)



Work out 4 x 1 mile at 5K pace same pace as last 3 x 1 mile  (or 10 secs slower than 800 pace)



In between the mile repeats we will jog 400 really easy,



Cool down  Two miles on track
