Happy Labor Day everyone,

 

So  tomorrow’s workout is 6 Mile marathon pace tempo run around the school.

 

 

Warm up: one 2 mile loop around High school

 

 

Work out: 3 x 2 mile loop around school This is continuous run at 10 seconds faster than you predicted Marathon pace (or at 20-30 seconds slower than you 1/2 marathon pace). If you need to stop for water, a sip then continue with run.

 

 

Cool Down: 2 miles easy

 

10 miles total
